Members of the Society, Writers to the Signet, use the postnominal letters WS. Law firms may call themselves "WS."
The WS Society is an independent membership body for lawyers only, not necessary trained in Scotland
Membership Requirements
- Scottish legal qualification or registration,
- 3 years' experience plus
- There are a range of Affiliate membership schemes
